Who we are

plsbuild is run by GiantKan Ltd (company no. 13168730), 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect when you book early access

• your email address;
• what you'd like built first and whether you write code, if you tell us;
• the country your booking came from, as reported by our host (not your exact location or IP address);
• the date and time you booked.

The preview build on the homepage runs in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us unless you book a spot.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email to send your invite and a few launch updates, and your answers to decide what plsbuild builds first. The basis is your consent, which you give by booking. You can withdraw it at any time; every email has an unsubscribe link, or just write to us.

Who else handles it

The site and the bookings database run on Cloudflare. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and the site uses no cookies, analytics trackers or ads. Fonts are served from this site.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after the public launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to have a copy of it. Email [email protected] and we'll do it within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or to the data protection authority where you live.
